From a Hill Country buffet breakfast before a morning session to the concluding awards banquet, our conference center coordinators work with you to plan a scrumptious menu for your “mates”. Meetings are remembered by the cuisine and many of our mates return to the Outback for the excellent coffee. We offer food and beverage packages at various price points to tempt your taste buds yet pleasantly within your budget. And don’t forget to visit the Billabong, our authentic Australian bar.

Guest Rooms

Aussie Style accommodations

All rooms have WI-FI, cable television and coffee makers. All guests have access to the tennis courts, pool, and Jacuzzi. Just like the state, you’ll have plenty of elbow room in our accommodations. Dorm-style accommodations are also available.

Two-Bedroom condos

Two-bedroom condos have 1 king (or 2 twins) and 2 queens, 2 baths, living area with fireplace, kitchen, laundry, view of courts, and a deck.
2-6 guests.
One-Bedroom Condos

One-bedroom condos have 1 king bed (or 2 twins), bath, living area with fireplace, full kitchen, laundry, and dining area. These have excellent views of the courts with an outdoor deck and chairs.
1-2 guests.
Courtside Rooms

Courtside rooms have two queen beds and bath.
1-4 guests.
Casitas

Casitas are the classic Hill Country hide-away with limestone walls, fireplace, bath, 2 double beds and 2 twin beds.
1-6 guests
cottages

Cottages have 2 double beds, bath, sitting area, high ceilings. Very secluded in the oak trees.
